Terms and Conditions

Hill Stay Park View Resort in Kodaikanal. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Reservations and Check-in

We collect personal information to:
  1. Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receiving a booking confirmation.
  2. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. Identification: A valid ID must be presented at check-in.

Cancellations and Modifications

  1. Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, a one-night charge applies.
  2. Modifications: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payments

  1. Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and cash. Full payment is required upon booking or check-in.
  2. Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days if applicable.

Room Use

  1. Occupancy: Rooms must be occupied by the number of guests specified at booking. Extra guests may incur charges.
  2. Non-smoking: Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas.
  3. Damage/Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft. Charges may apply.
